This form is for the officials that have been offered accommodation for the 2025 Senior Country Championships.
Accommodation can only be provided to those that are 18 years or older for the duration of the SCC.
Please confirm that you wish to take up the accommodation that has been offered to you by 9.00am Thursday 1st May through this form.
