Zone Coach Developer - position vacancies
Published Fri 15 Oct 2021
This year, we launched the Developer Program, a program aimed at providing an integral support network to not only coaches but officials as well.
The Zone Coach Developer (ZCD) role is aimed to assist us (HV) in the identification, development, and retention of coaches throughout their nominated Junior State Championship (JSC) zone.
As 2022 approaches, we are seeking 2 new ZCD's to join our current team of 4 (click here to meet our current Zone Coach Developers). We are working to ensure that the developer program is rolled out in a manner that allows for sustainable development within the state, whilst allowing time for our staff to familiarise themselves with their community.
With this in mind, we are looking for our ZCD's (a total of 2 in 2 different zones) in the following areas:
- Gippsland Bulls Zone
- South West Eagles Zone
- Western Wildcats Zone
- Eastern Hotshots Zone
- Northern Red Devils Zone
To view the position description, please click here.
To apply for the position, please submit a copy of your: Application Letter, Coach Philosophy Statement and Resume via this link: https://form.jotform.com/212357502612952
(Your coach philosophy is a statement that underpins your coaching style, beliefs and values. This statement should be no longer than 300 words).
Applications close COB Friday 5th November 2021.
