State Masters Teams Getting Ready for MEGA Event in Newcastle

After a year in “limbo” that saw both national and international events cancelled, the 2021 Australian Mega Masters in Newcastle (Sept 23-Oct 2) will be the first chance since 2019 that representative masters teams have come together for competition.

Here is your chance to become a part of the Victorian Women’s Masters Squad, represent the BIG V and compete for a national championship.

Hockey Victoria is now accepting nominations from eligible female hockey enthusiasts to have a go at becoming a State Team Member.

Women’s’ Masters Hockey is one of the fastest growing forms of hockey in Australia.

Representative Masters hockey is played in dedicated incremental age-groups, starting at the 34+ age group, meaning you only play against people of a similar age. The grades progress in five year increments i.e. 34+, 40+, 45+, 50+ 55+, 60+ & 65+.
