Made a significant contribution to Hockey? Nominate for a HV Formal Recognition Award

The Hockey Victoria Formal Recognition process is open for Life Member and Award of Merit nominations for 2025. In 2024, we inducted two Life Members and four Award of Merit recipients at the Hockey Victoria Awards Night.

The Formal Recognition process highlights individuals that have made a significant contribution to the sport of Hockey. The nominations are then considered by the Recognition & Awards Committee for Formal Recognition, who then assess the information provided to make a recommendation to the Hockey Victoria Board for the awarding of an Award of Merit or Life Membership of Hockey Victoria.

To be recognised for 2025 Formal Recognition, affiliates must submit the nomination prior to 11.59pm Monday, 30 June 2025. Please send any nominations direct to Andrew Skillern at askillern@hockeyvictoria.org.au and CC in Keegan Watson at kwatson@hockeyvictoria.org.au.

Any nominations submitted after this date will be assessed by the committee for formal recognition for 2025.
