Inaugural Performance Coach Development Program

In 2022, we are continuing to commit to providing opportunities for our future performance coaches to develop.
The Inaugural Performance Coach Development Program (PCDP) is the next step in the implementation of the coaching pathway, and we are really excited to see the program starting with our upcoming U15s State Teams.
The PCDP will be led by our Performance Coach Developer, Neil Hodgson who has an extensive history in coaching HV state teams and Premier League teams across Victoria.
Congratulations to the following coaches who have been named in the program:
Kate Rhinehart - WGHA
Julius Gottstein - Waverley Hockey Club
Tom Pasquali - Doncaster Hockey Club
These 3 named coaches will be working closely with Neil across the U15 state team training block, to help prepare them for their future coaching endeavors.
