Inaugural Men’s Health Lunch proves a hit
Published Thu 24 Aug 2023
It was fantastic to see over 100 people in attendance at the inaugural Hockey Victoria Men’s Health Lunch on Friday 18th August.
Guests were lucky enough to hear from Dr. Peter Brukner OAM about his time working in elite sport and some very valuable tips about how Men can improve their health through diet and lifestyle choices. Tony Dodemaide OAM also joined us and shared some insights into his cricket playing career as well as his current role of selector of the Australian Men’s Cricket Team after just returning form the Ashes in England.
Across the course of the lunch, funds were raised for Movember through chipping and putting contests and a raffle. HV thank all attendees for their generosity for this great cause!
