You asked, and we delivered.

Over many years, HV has lobbied for the introduction of a flexible membership option to provide to our members. We are delighted to announce that this function is now available for all Victorian clubs and associations in 2022.

Our affiliates have requested a reduced registration fee for players who can’t commit to a full season, to encourage new players, or to entice recently retired players back to their clubs. This will provide another avenue for players and clubs to engage with the Hockey community and increase participation in our game.

As different clubs and associations have different pricing structures with some including club fees, we ask that you contact your club to find out more.

The finer details

HV has created a ‘5 Game Registration’ in which clubs can add to their registration portals. Once the registration is made available, the member will purchase this registration which will grant the participant five scheduled competition games throughout the winter season.

Once all five games have been played, the registration will become unfinancial and the member record won’t be able to be added to a Teamsheet. The member will need to purchase the remaining difference of the full levy to play any further games in the season.
