HV Competition Quality Survey

Hockey Victoria are excited to announce that we will be releasing a series of 3 surveys over the course of the 2023 Winter Season, to help us evaluate and improve our participants match-day experience! We are looking to acquire feedback direct from players, officials, team staff and non-playing members).

The 3 surveys will be released after the following competition weeks:

• Week 7 (27/28 May)
• Week 12 (15/16 July)
• Week 17 (19/20 August)

Survey #1 – Week 7

The first of these surveys will be going coming out next week to ask participants for feedback from their Round 7 matches. Registered HV participants will receive a direct email via the RevSport function as follows:

• Monday 29^th May  – direct emails to be sent to ALL Junior & Senior grades

• Monday 28th May - direct emails to be sent to all Regioanl Association particpants

• Tuesday 30^th May – direct emails to Monday night midweek grades

• Thursday 1^st June – direct emails to Wednesday night midweek grades

As we are using the RevSport email function, the survey will be sent to the email associated with your registration. Players & team staff that are added to multiple teams in RevSport will receive multiple emails, as emails are sent on through each team. If you do participate in multiple matches in the same Round, please complete a new entry for each match.

Please note that this survey is only looking to collect data for the specific round previously gone i.e. Round 7 for Seniors; Round 4 for Juniors; Round 6 for Midweek. For Regional, please provide feedback for the round just passed.
