Call out for HCM Match Day volunteers & ball patrol

HV are seeking both general volunteers and ball patrol people to assist with our three Hockey Club Melbourne home match days during the Hockey One season.

The HC Melbourne home match days will all take place at Melbourne Sports Centres Parkville and are on the following dates:

Friday 13th October (v Adelaide Fire)
Friday 3rd November (v Brisbane Blaze)
Friday 17th November (v Canberra Chill)

The first match will commence at 6.30pm and the second at 8.00pm and the order of matches (Men or Women first) will be confirmed closer to the match days.

General volunteers are needed to assist with things link ticket sales and scanning, spectator services, venue operations support, ball patrol coordinator and Hook in 2 Hockey kids coordinator. We try to rotate volunteers to offer them an experience with multiple roles on match days.

Ball Patrol people should ideally be over 14 years of age, unless they have previous experience at Premier League or Hockey One level. General volunteers should be over the age of 16, with no previous experience required.
