2023 Hockey Victoria Club Development Conference

Over the weekend of Saturday 4 & Sunday 5 March 2023, Hockey Victoria (HV) will be holding its first ever Club Development conference. The Club Development Conference is a weekend aimed at providing our community with an opportunity to learn and collaborate. Sessions are free to attend and will be delivered by HV staff and external presenters. There will then be an opportunity to network with food and drink on the Saturday evening. Below is a details schedule of the conference, with some information about what you can expect from each session.

The Club Developer Workshop is aimed at providing prospective Club Coach & Umpire Developers with introductory training on how to be the best developer they can be. Delivered by FIH Coach Developer Peter Wroblewski, this session will cover the key components of being a club developer, as well as providing participants with an opportunity to grow their communication and feedback skills. |

This session is designed for new administrators to meet the Competitions team and get an overview of all things Competitions related, such as rules and regs, team entry/grading process, competition timelines the umpire appointment process. |

LEC Masterclass
Provide Premier League clubs with a high-level overview of the LEC standards in place for 2023 & 2024. In addition to the overview of the standards Andrew will provide useful tips for clubs to remain on top of the LEC as a club.
