U18 ACADEMY SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT

After two highly skilled draft camps pre and post-Christmas, Hockey Victoria congratulates the athletes who have successfully achieved selection in the 2022 HV U18 Academy.

Athletes will engage in sessions throughout January, culminating with Final Player Assessment sessions in February to determine our Victorian U18 teams that will travel to Cairns in April to contest the Australian Championships.

HP Athlete & Coaching Manager, Phil Burrows believes the depth of talent for this age group is as strong as it has been in his time with Hockey Victoria. “We’ve got squads of 50 players and the quality of player we have all the way through the squads is really encouraging”.
