Coach Pathways
Club Coach Development
The Club Coach Developer (CCD) Program is in place to support clubs & associations at a community level. The role of the CCD is to be the first point of contact for new and existing coaches within a club or association.
The CCD provides all coaches, players, and club members with valued support to ensure that a club's environment is safe, inclusive, and welcoming.
All appointed CCDs will work closely with our Game Development Manager to:
1. Develop a positive club culture where in which all coaches feel supported
2. Maintain healthy communication with all club stakeholders, create coach development plans and;
3. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environments where in which all members can develop a love for the game, for life.
We highly encourage all clubs & associations to appoint a CCD, please see a list of resources relating to the role at the bottom of this page
Performance Coach Development

The programme is targeted at coaches who; have led a team or programme at the premier league or state level previously or a High-Performance player starting their coaching journey.
