The news we have all been awaiting, we’re back!

The Hockey Victoria High Performance Department would like to welcome all our athletes back to the field of play. To ramp up the preparation for all of our state and academy level athletes for the modified season ahead.

We will be running day camps over the June-July School Holidays with the aim to introduce athletes back to the High Performance hockey environment. Athletes will each get three 2-hour on-pitch sessions throughout a week in July (6^th – 10^th).

Please find below the details for this exciting opportunity to get a stick back in your hand, get some top quality coaching and surround yourself with the best players in the state again.

Who	U15 Girls Goal Keepers (Athletes born JAN 1st 2005 - DEC 31st 2006)
What	Skill Sessions, Match Play*, and hockey specific fitness exercises to prep the body for hockey i.e Speed, Agility, and Injury Prevention exercises
Cost	$150 for 3 sessions (6 hours)
Athletes per group	35 Field Players and 5 Goal Keepers
