U14  EMERGING TALENT ACADEMY (ETA)

The High-Performance department is now offering to those athletes who are not selected into the Academy an opportunity to participate in a 2nd tier program - the Emerging Talent Academy (ETA).

The aim of the ETA is to provide U14 players and goalkeepers an opportunity to experience growth and development within an introductory high-performance environment.

During this program we will cover individual skills, game awareness and decision making, all valuable tools for every hockey player. Sessions are designed to encourage the individual to find their level for optimal development by providing an environment to build confidence and improve their skills.

The Emerging Talent Academy is not part of any selection process, sessions will be focused on athlete development. The main objective is to improve players as individuals, providing opportunities that enable them to develop their talent and skills so that they can play at their best.

Please note this not an entry level program.

Age eligibility: The athlete is 14 years or under on the 31st of December 11:59pm, 2024. Therefore, if the athlete is turning 15 in 2024, they are ineligible for this event.

If you are unsure, please contact us before registering.
