Draft Camp is a development program, as well as a selection event for our Hockey Victoria U13 Academy.

The Draft Camp program combines intensive skill development in small groups, modified games and match play. It provides athletes with the opportunity to improve their skills and techniques under the guidance of our high performance coaches as well as be assessed and potentially gain selection into the Hockey Victoria Academy Program.  More Information

HV ACADEMY SELECTION - Due to Covid restrictions, we have been unable to send our U13 athletes to National Tournament since 2019.  Therefore, there will be no auto entry into the U13 Academy for 2022.  This Draft Camp is the ONLY entry point to academy. 

Because this is such a popular event in our calendar, and we don't want athletes missing out on a chance to push for Academy selection, we have added two options for athletes to attend Draft Camp.  Please note, athletes can only attend one of the two days.

Age eligibility:  The athlete is 13 years or under on the 31st of December 11:59pm, 2022.  Therefore, if the athlete is turning 14 in 2022, they are ineligible for this event.  For more information about the Draft Camp, please CLICK HERE.
