2021 U15 State Team Announcements

After some hotly contested Final Player assessments, some terrific hockey was on show and further reinforced our decision to enter development teams in the 2021 Under 15 National Championships. The total depth of this cohort has been very impressive and as a result means that some selections were very difficult.

Indoor Club Championships Under 15’s Wrap-up

After a brief break in the Indoor Club Championships due to the snap lockdown last weekend, it was great to be back in action this weekend with the Under 15 Boys & Girls Indoor Club Championships. It was a strong competition with 19 teams competing in the Event, a total of 50 matches completed and a whopping 357 goals scored over the weekend.

After a year without a Masters Championship and international masters events being cancelled, the masters rep community is as eager as ever to get back into action. Hockey Australia will present the long awaited 2021 Mega Masters in Newcastle, September 23 – October 2.

Pride in Sport Index (PSI) Survey

This year we are participating in the Pride in Sport Index (PSI) Survey. This is a national survey that allows us to assess and benchmark our progress in the area of inclusion of people with diverse sexualities and genders, in sport across Australia. We are seeking submissions for the survey from the hockey community.
